Shipping and Returns
We make each of your custom window treatments with love and care, and this takes time. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on our custom-made items but we believe you should be happy so if there is an issue with your order please reach out within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to rectify it.
We always aim to ship out in approximately 6-8 weeks but sometimes higher than normal order volume increases this time frame and we never rush and we never compromise on quality! There are occasional delays on the more custom fabric stock (patterns and silk) but if this is the case we will let you know as soon as we can after order placement.
We always ship all items in the order together unless we notify you otherwise but please keep in mind sometimes the pieces get split by the courier and may arrive separately. We do our best to ensure it all arrives together but situations to arise that are out of our control.
We use UPS to ship within Canada and DHL to ship to the USA and the rest of the world.
