Shipping and Returns

We make each of your custom window treatments with love and care, and this takes time.  We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on our custom-made items but we believe you should be happy so if there is an issue with your order please reach out within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to rectify it.

Swatches ship out via regular mail and arrive in 5-10 business days. Shipping is always free on all of our items with the exception of drapery hardware and bench seats.

We always aim to ship out in approximately 4-6 weeks but sometimes higher than normal order volume increases this time frame and we never rush and we never compromise on quality!  There are occasional delays on fabric with supply chain hiccups but if this is the case we will let you know as soon as we can after order placement.

We always ship all items in the order together unless we notify you otherwise but please keep in mind sometimes the pieces get split by the courier and may arrive separately.  We do our best to ensure it all arrives together but situations do arise that are out of our control.

We use UPS to ship within Canada and DHL to ship to the USA and the rest of the world.

Please note:  If you are ordering from the US your country duty and state taxes will be due on arrival to DHL and orders can sometimes be held up in customs, we have no control over this process so please be aware of this when you are ordering across borders.
